“The Jedcest Website” is not being sued. You can’t sue a website. I mean, you could but you’d have one hell of a time getting it to speak up in court.
The owner of the aforementioned website is also not being sued. At least, if I am being sued, no one has had the decency to tell me. :)
So yeah, sorry random person on Tumblr who deliberately selected a username closely resembling a popular fansite’s in order to lend some credibility to your lies, but you’ll have to find some other means of alleviating boredom/garnering attention for yourself… preferably something that does not require me to waste my time, writing these kind of messages to denounce your nonsense.
Incidentally, if the boys or their actual management ever had that much of a problem with the website, they would simply ask me to remove it. They would not risk public scandal by suing a bunch of young fans for writing fictional stories, which are clearly labelled as such and purposefully archived on a password-protected site that isn’t even detected by search engines unless you are actually looking for Jedcest stories specifically. If you’re an anti-cester who has visited the site, you have either done so because you followed a link someone posted (which is something over which I have no control) or else had a poke around out of morbid curiosity. Either way, I hope you acknowledge that this site exists to prevent outsiders from viewing Jedcest, and absolutely not to advertise it to those who are uncomfortable with it. You might regard Jedcest as distasteful and immoral, but at the end of the day, it’s just a sexual fantasy like any other and cesters are only a group of people sharing this mutual interest, not seeking to ram it down everyone’s throats or cause drama, or upset J&E in any way.
As for this fascinating accusation of defamation of character… well, um, no. If a news site were to publish a factual article claiming that J&E are an actual couple without first obtaining solid proof, it would be libellous and potentially harmful as the general public would take it as fact. If you write fanfiction, clearly indicate that the events depicted within are fictional and the story happens to be about one of the twins getting pregnant or something, it might be a little creepy to read for the uninitiated, but I hardly think that anyone’s reputation in the ‘real world’ is at stake, really? Let’s not be silly.
So to summarise:
Trroooooooll in the dungeon!!
Today we learned not to believe everything we read on the internet. In tomorrow’s lesson, we’ll learn how to distinguish our arse from our elbow.
Thank you. You are dismissed.
@jederotica Dont be ill too much longer. Your fiancée needs you. ♥
Lol!! I’m sorry! :’)
I do see your point and next time we’re celebrating a holiday, I’ll try to exercise some restraint in regard to the festive décor. At the very least, you can rest assured that I won’t be making it rain Easter eggs or anything like that! xD
@jederotica Although we were caught in our little celebrations, it was a happy day for me. My dearest fiancée, much love from down the well.
